Here goes lots of thanks to Sana for nominating me for this challenge. Hey guys Sana has a very irreplaceable writing skill especially with part of  interpreting Quotes and her own daily chaos which she describes in comic way. But the best part of Sana is she owns a Cooking blog  too and Yes she posts such a yummy and easy to cook food there. I’m totally a fan of her foods. I have myself tried so many dishes from her blog. Do check out both of her blogs.

OK now the condition of this challenge is that I have to post only one of my favorite dish 😦 But please excuse me I’m gonna do cheating here. I will be choosing two dishes 😉

Even though I’m a muslim but not too crazy for non veg. My tummy says yumm yumm when it gets Paneerrr (cheese). So both my dishes contain paneer but lil bit different in taste. First is from Sana’s blog – “Paneer butter masala” (she had posted Chicken butter masala but I replaced chicken with paneer) 🙂  It’s a common dish in Indian restaurant but believe me it never tasted as good as Sana’s style. The sour taste of tomato, the saltiness of butter and smoothness of cream makes it so delicious. And offcourse kasuri methi (dried fenugreek) leaves for garnishing purpose actually fills your home with the great aroma. I don’t have its original pic as I hardly take photo of anything. Sorry Sana. Please magange with your pic 😉

paneer butter

Now second in list is Shahi Paneer. Oh man you get amazing shahi paneer in Delhi (India). I miss that taste in Mumbai where I’m residing right now. The way paneer melts in your mouth…oh I cant even express its feeling. I actually don’t know what all ingredients are put by the Delhittes in this marvelous dish. But my problem has really been solved by Everest Shahi Paneer masala 🙂  A ready masala for this dish. So I just have to put up some onion and tomato rest is done by this masala. Huu Thanks to Everest company. I just love to have Shahi Paneer with Butter nan (Nan- A type of chapati). I know too much of fat at a time. But who cares when Shahi Paneer is there 😉

shahi paneer

Actaully both the dish have common ingredients but yet different in taste. Subhan Allah. Just see the blessing of Allah. How he changes whole taste, color, etc just because of few variations. Alhumdulillah. So guys anyone visting Delhi…do try Shahi paneer specially in Dhabas (local hotel) and anyone wanna aroma in there kitchen as well as praises from your family members then copy Sana dish from this link https://fromworldskitchen.wordpress.com/2015/10/03/butter-chicken-quick-n-easy-recipe/

Now the nominees for this challenge are:

  1. You have to write your feelings not the recipe.
  2. You have to tell the person who is nominating you what is your favourite food(so He/She can also give it a try if they like. 🙂 )
  3. You have to add a picture of the dish.
  4. You have to nominate 7 persons for this challenge.

One Lovely Blog Award..

I have been nominated by wonderful blogger Sana for this award . Her blog is really inspiring. Thanks Sana for this platform where I got an opportunity to share about myself with my readers.
Here goes 7 facts about me:
  1. I look serious kinda girl but when it comes to laughing then believe me I could laugh on any joke. In fact sometimes I get out of control and my eyes become teary which really confuses people that whether I’m crying or laughing. 🙂
  2. I don’t like messy home so even if I find that bed-sheet in my house is not properly placed then my brain starts to irritate me. (Should I tell you one secret- this irritation started only after my marriage. Pre marriage I was the culprit in making my home dirty. Hehhee).
  3. I’m a damn romantic person. And I don’t believe in the concept of “Boys should only give surprises or initiate in proposing”. I really believe that it should be mutual. Happiness should not depend on anybody. If you want to be happy then go ahead and grab the opportunity.
  4. I like to watch cartoon. I can’t list out any favorites because I love all except those having too much of fighting.
  5. I’m crazy for checking out different types of recipe. Excuse me I’m talking about tasting not cooking 😉 Whenever I go out I try to order something new.
  6. I don’t like novels full of suspense. I could watch suspense movies but not the technical kind of where I have to use my brain. Movies means entertainment and if I have to use my brain then whats the use of movies 🙂
  7. I can’t stick to one thing especially in hobbies. I want to learn and enjoy every hobby but ya sports are an exceptional thing.
Now as per rule I have to nominate 7 bloggers. But I would like you all to participate in it. In sha allah you will enjoy it. You can post your points in comments or link up your new post.
Check out the rules below:
  • Thank the nominator and link them.
  • List the rules and display the award.
  • Add 7 facts about yourself.
  • Nominate 7 other bloggers and let them know via a comment.

liebster2I got nominated for this beautiful award by identity17. I really love the way she puts her words in poetry. Thanks for the nomination.

Lets discuss Liebster now:

Okay so first off, what exactly is it about? Just like every other award on WordPress, the Liebster Award is a way of showing appreciation, connecting with and getting to know one another better. After getting nominated if you choose to accept the award you have to answer some questions given to you by the person who nominated you, share some facts about yourself and then nominate other bloggers who you think deserve the award.

The Rules!
– Insert the liebster award logo in your post
– Thank and link those who nominated you
– (After reading the official rules) You also have to reveal 11 interesting facts about yourself! lol
– Answer the questions designated by the blogger who nominated you
– Nominate up to 11 other new bloggers with less than 100 followers
– Ask 11 questions of your own to your nominees that they have to answer
– Notify your nominees about The Liebster Award
– Include instructions of the process in your post

I think it’s okay if you don’t follow all the rules though, like the less-than-100-followers rule. Just pick ALL your favourite blogs!

Now 11 facts about me:

  1. I’m extremely trustful when it comes to hiding secrets of others or of myself.
  2. I just love to laugh. I know you would be thinking it’s a good habbit but don’t be in wrong impression because I start laughing even when I’m angry. Awww J and then people take me for granted. 😦
  3. I can’t stick to one hobby. Just keep on hoping from one to another. So basically I’m jack of many things but master of none. 😦
  4. I’m so sensitive. Now this sensitivity relates to my nature as well as to my body parts. So any new trail on my face is strict “No No” to me. Even beautician thinks twice before putting any face pack to me. Lol.
  5. I’m shopolic for buying things for others. Ya I know strange for a girl but that’s true. I don’t like doing shopping for myself but love to buy things for others.
  6. I’m very foodie. Could go to any far place to try a new dish. So friends invite me to your favourite foodie place J.
  7. I’m an easy go and happy go kind of person.
  8. In free time I like to use my time by sleeping. Hehehee.
  9. I do toooo much of thinking.
  10. I don’t like to do research work. I’m a quick learner but sorry you need to personally teach me else forget it that I will go for personally digging into the basic of that work.
  11. Biggest fact is I “was” damn pessimist. But Alhaumdullilah trying to overcome this aspect as Allah says only non beleivers are pessimist and Alhamdullilah He has made me a believer so how could I think against his teachings.

Now ANS to Questions:

What’s the craziest thing that’s happened to you?

Ans- When my hubby dedicated a song to me in a public place. J I know it’s more of romantic kinda but for me it was crazy thing as I was not expecting anything like that at a tourist place. It had happened at a park (which is a tourist place) wherein a local singer was singning songs . My hubby personally went to him and requested him to sing a song for me and told him to dedicate it to me.

What do you do when you get angry?

Ans- Actually angerness comes out in different style at different people. Lol. Like with my hubby I could go on saying bla blaaaaa. But with my parents I try to control. And sometimes when I really don’t want shaitan to take on me then I simply close my eyes and start thinking that I’m throwing out plates, cup etc in my room. Hehee. Sounds starnge but it works. Really it cools down my anger.

Are you a stay at home person or would you rather be out and exploring?

Ans- I like to go out and explore things especially when it comes to food. I’m ready to go anywhere

If you could do the one thing that could potentially change the world, what would it be?

Ans-In today’s world, peace is the biggest required thing. I would like to teach real Islam to people. The love which it pours. Sahabas knew the taste of peace and that’s why they scrafised their life to retain the essence of Islam. When we submit ourself to almighty automatically peace comes to you. May Allah give me a chance to do it and may he protect human beings from disaster.

Who’s your favorite famous person? Dead and alive.

Ans- Offcourse my vote would go to Muhammed sallahu alaiyah wassalam and after him Hazrat Abu Bakr. I would love to become a trustworthy friend like him, would love to scrafise all things for the sake of Allah like he did. In alive it’s my parents. Even though they are not famous but they are celebrity in my life. The hardwork which my father did and sacrifices which my mother did to give us a good life can not be compared with anybody

Would you rather sweet or savoury?

Ans-Oh I’m savoury. I’m very choosy in sweets.

What’s the one quality you like and dislike?

Ans- This is bit confusing. I mean quality about me or others. If its others then I like people with good sense of humuor as with them you forget your pain. And I really don’t like people who go on showing off their qualities to the world pretending that they are the “Best” in every manner.

What is one thing you’d like to be better at?

Ans- Hmm…there are so many things. Lol. But one thing would be to get up early. Seriously I find it too difficult. I just love to sleep at anytime. I’m sleepoholic 😉

Do you prefer sleeping in or waking up early?

Ans- Hahaa. As I told above I could sleep at anytime anywhere. So waking up early is not my cup of tea.

Where are you from? (Completely optional)

Ans- Well I’m your neighbor 🙂 sharing almost same historic monuments, Mughal emperors, culture, language ect. Yep baby I’m from India.

Do you like animals?

Ans- Animals Awww…as a pet No No. I like them from far away. But my daughter love animals very much so I think now I have to start loving them as pet as well.

The Free Style Writing Challenge!

my-life-dedicated-to-allah-praying-muslimahI have been nominated for a very interesting writing challenge “The Free Style Writing” by a wonderful blogger the indian reverted muslimah . I just love her blog. It’s beautiful and inspiring.

The concept of free style writing revolves around the central idea of putting down words that may or may not relate to a particular topic and within a certain time period regardless of spelling or perhaps also grammar. .

So here goes the RULES of this challenge:

1) Open an MS Word document

2) Set a stop watch or your mobile to 5 minutes or 10 minutes whichever challenge you think you can beat.

3) You topic is at the foot of this post. But do not scroll down to see it until you are ready with the timer

4) Fill the word doc with as much words as you want. Once you began writing do not stop even to turn. Do not cheat by going back and correcting spellings and grammar with spell check in MS WORD.

5) You may or may not pay attention to punctuation and capitals. However if you do, it would be best.

6) At the end of your post write down ‘No. Of words =_____’ so that we would have an idea of how much you can write within the time frame.

7) Do not forget to copy paste the entire passage on your blog post with a new Topic for your nominees and copy paste these rules with your nominations (at least 5 bloggers).

Here is My topic-To be a practising Muslimah”

Time- 5 mins

Oh the topic is sounds hard. Ya I know I’m a born muslim but is it enough to be a born muslim . Nope. It does not come up with a treat. There is so much to learn. I starve everyday. The more I do the more I want to learn. My prayers my fasting , my tasbih everything sounds less to me. Anyways atleast I’m trying. So on daily basis I try to change myself and learn from different books, blogs etc. Few are some of the things which you can do :

  1. Try to learn just don’t stop at a point. Love islam because love inspires you to do more and more
  2. Wahtever you learn just tell to your siblings, hubby, mother father etc. I know making people understand about one thing is tough. But tell them with love.
  3. Respect your clothes. I love my hijab it makes me special.
  4. Try to include Sunnah in your daily life. Some Sunnah we do regularly but we don’t know that thsese are Sunnah so once youy come to know make niyat before duing any Sunnah. It will increase your love towards Allah and prophet
  5. Try to convey good things to your child. Children are a big responsibility as they only make our society.

I know some of the things I too have to take up but as I mentioned I’m craving too learn .So if you have any more suggestion which I include as practice Muslim. Do let me know and offcpurse to others.

Total words- 260. (Hehhee. But I could see there are so many mistakes. Try to manage my readers).

Allergic to ‘E’ Challenge

Hurray I was nominated for the Allergic to ‘E’ Challenge by my lovely sister, an awesome blogger The Indian Reverted Muslimah. Her writing skill is amazing, too inspiring . I’m already tensed. Hehee. But gonna try it. Thanks a ton for this dear. First, here are the rules for this challenge:

1) Write a whole paragraph ( a paragraph sounds easy right?) without any word containing the letter “e” (still easy for ya?)

2) By reading this you are already signed up.

3) Challenge at least five bloggers to do the challenge. They must do it within 24 hours or it is considered as failure.

4) If you fail or pass, suffer in the Page of Lame.

5) If you win, wallow in the Page of Fame.

6) You can check your standings on my menu Your Standings.

So here comes my para:

Hurray!!! Ya I want to shout a loud. You want to know why? As I’m sad today. It’s sounds silly I know. But its good, try it out on any day as for this you don’t pay. It’s all your luxury. HaHaa. I saw this in a Bollywood film long back. So thought to try. But can’t do it in public place. So what I do is I shut my lids, my thoughts, my brain and in my soul I shout a loud or say hurray as if I won victory or just lost it. This solution fits my body . May it bring happy happy clouds around you too. It’s a random thought or you can say a “fully filmi thought”.  I’m thankful to Allah for giving this opportunity of sharing a solution with you all. I finish this para with a dua that “May Allah fill our soul with fighting ninja spirit”.

Har lamha muskaan jaruri hai

Dil ka sukun aur pyaar jaruri hai

Sabr rakh thoda sa bus tu jara

Allah par har baar aitbaar jaruri hai…

Yeppy I finished it and really today I understood the importance of every letter. Thanks to Allah for providing us with this tool. Ok my nominees are:
